Can my roommate use the discount too?
Yes—if either leaseholder qualifies, the apartment receives the Preferred Employer savings (one discount per apartment).
Do contractors, travel nurses, and PRN staff qualify?
Generally yes, if you can provide current proof of assignment or employment from an eligible company. Ask our team to confirm your scenario.
Can I combine this with other specials?
No—Preferred Employer savings cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
Is there a required lease term for the 3% off?
Most offers apply to 12-month leases. Shorter terms may be eligible—contact us for current options.
What if I change jobs after I move in?
Your discount is based on eligibility at the time of lease. Changing employers doesn’t affect the current lease term’s discount.
