The application is all online. Once your find a floor plan that you love, click the "Apply Now" button and go through the application process. If you have any questions about the application process, please contact the leasing office at 972-668-9933 or send us an email at [email protected].

At The Village at Lakefront, you can pay your rent via the Resident Portal. We accept online payments (eCheck, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express). Please keep in mind that there may be convenience fees on some payment types. You can manually pay your rent each month, or you can set up automatic withdrawals so you don't have to remember the due date. 
 

If you have any questions regarding your rent, please contact the leasing office.


 

We have complimentary open parking spaces.We also offer reserved covered parking for an additional fee.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. A maximum of two (2) pets per household will be permitted with a signed Animal Addendum, a $200 Non-Refundable Pet Fee and a Monthly $25 Pet Rent per pet as specified in the addendum. There is also a Refundable $200 Pet Fee per pet. At The Village at Lakefront we do have Breed Restrictions. Please contact the leasing office if you have any questions.

There is a Kroger Marketplace and ALDI within 4 miles of Village at Lakefront. Little Elm Fire Station is within a mile.

At The Village at Lakefront we strive to provide a unique and exciting home for our residents. With amenities such as urban clubhouse with coffee bar, conference room, hotub, pool, barbecue area with grills, state-of-the-art fitness center, wi-fi in common areas, and more, there is plenty to do while you are right at home.

Yes, we do offer short-term leases. Our leases range from 3 to 12 months.

Additional fees include $35 for valet trash, $5 for pest control, and $25 for package concierge service.

For maintenance emergencies after office hours, please call the office or submit a work order through the Resident app.

No utilities are included in the rent; tenants are responsible for all utility payments.
