HOW DO I APPLY AT THE VILLAGE OF LAKEFRONT?

The application is all online. Once your find a floor plan that you love, click the "Apply Now" button and go through the application process. If you have any questions about the application process, please contact the leasing office at 972-668-9933 or send us an email at [email protected].

HOW DO I PAY RENT?

Rent rates are set in the lease and are due on the first of each month. As soon as you sign the lease, you've legally agreed the the terms. 

At The Village at Lakefront, you can pay your rent via the Resident Portal. We accept online payments (eCheck, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express). Please keep in mind that there may be convenience fees on some payment types. You can manually pay your rent each month, or you can set up automatic withdrawals so you don't have to remember the due date. 

If you have any questions regarding your rent, please contact the leasing office. 

WHERE WILL I PARK MY CAR?

We have complimentary open parking spaces. 

IS VILLAGE AT LAKEFRONT A PET-FRIENDLY COMMUNITY?

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. A maximum of two (2) pets per household will be permitted with a signed Animal Addendum, a $200 Non-Refundable Pet Fee and a Monthly $25 Pet Rent per pet as specified on the addendum. There is also a Refundable $200 Pet Fee per pet. At The Village at Lakefront we do have Breed Restrictions. Please contact the leasing office if you have any questions.  

WHERE IS THE CLOSEST GROCERY STORE,  AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICES?

There is a Kroger Marketplace and ALDI within 4 miles of Union House. A Little Elm Fire Station is within a mile. Check the Community page of our website to see what else is nearby. 

WHAT AMENITIES DOES THE VILLAGE AT LAKEFRONT OFFER?

At The Village at Lakefront we strive to provide a unique and exciting home for our residents. With amenities such as urban clubhouse with coffee bar, conference room, hotub, pool, barbecue area with grills, state-of-the-art fitness center, wi-fi in common areas, and more, there is plenty to do while you are right at home.
